Future Bakery & Cafe
A popular hangout spot in the Annex and also UT students. It has lots of yummy desserts in display ranging from cheesecake, chocolate cake, pies and cookies. The coffee is also known to be popular too. Many people just grab a cup of coffee and piece of cake and sit at the cafe. It is very casual and self serve, you can study there, read books or hang out at their summer patio.
I had the famous piece of Phantom cake which consists of layers of baked egg whites and cream with drizzle of chocolate and chocolate shavings. It was really rich and filling, this was my dinner so I was hungry and yet I still could not finish it. Next time, need to come with a friend to split this!
