Journey to the Best Burger - Part 7
We headed uptown to St Clair & Keele Street. In this small corner, you see this little shack.. where you think you are at the wrong place because it doesn't look like they have one of the best burgers on the list. The cleanliness is definitely not there, so for those OCD ppl... this is not your place.
When the guy was putting down the burgers, instead of putting it on the wax paper they serve, they had to put it on the counter which we saw a bug crawling on!! Luckily, we were all not sick afterwords.
Now, back to the burger itself. We got the gourmet burger which included beacon and cheese on top of a regular burger. I'm not sure if the patty is homemade but it's not the big thick ones... it's pretty thin like a McDonald's patty. They have their special BBQ sauce, which was quite good. Their pickles are extremely sour though... I took my first bite and it was like woooh, that is sour!
Overall, the burger was a good burger. Pretty juicy.. but not the best I have eaten so far. Probably deserve 3.5 smiley faces.
